OUR FIRST CLEANING VISIT – WHY IS IT DIFFERENT?

Our first cleaning visit is like a spring clean or “catch-up” clean. Before we can begin regularly scheduled cleaning of a premise, there are a variety of first-time tasks that require extra time and effort. There is a big difference between “old” dirt and “new” dirt. If we do not get rid of the old dirt, no matter how hard we try, simply removing new dirt is not going to make your premises sparkling clean. It is not uncommon for our cleaners to spend from four to eight times longer on a first-time clean than it takes us on regular, repeat maintenance visits.

ARE YOU FULLY INSURED AND BONDED?

We are fully insured and bonded and are more than happy to provide certificates of insurance at your request. It is important to work with companies that are insured and bonded to make sure you protect the most valued assets of your family and/or business.

WHAT TRAINING DOES YOUR STAFF GO THROUGH?

The staff at Cloud Cleaning Services undergo both classroom as well as on the job training. We make sure that the people we are sending out into the field to complete these jobs have a full knowledge of our products and how to use them. We also have ongoing training to make sure that all of our staff stay up to date on all of our cleaning procedures. One thing to note is that while doing classroom training, we provide someone with not only the mental tools but also the technical tools to complete the job. However, as you may know there is no more valuable training than on the job training where a new employee can put those newly learned skills to use.

WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHER CLEANING COMPANIES?

We provide an agile and flexible service that is adaptable and responsive to the needs of our customers, regardless of the size of the job or changes in circumstances. We . At Cloud Cleaning Services, we thrive on promptly responding to customer requests and provide return calls as soon as possible. Importantly, when you make a call, you will speak directly to one of the owners who are based in South Australia, who will promptly address your needs.

DO YOU PERFORM ADDITIONAL CLEANING TASKS ABOVE AND BEYOND THE ROUTINE TASKS?

Certainly we do provide cleaning services that are above and beyond the routine cleanings. However, in order for us to make time to fit those into our schedules, we need at least one week’s notice prior to the cleaning you would like these tasks performed. This notice will allow us the time to fit this into the schedule. Some additional tasks may also require an additional fee.

DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO BE PRESENT DURING THE CLEANING?

You do not need to be present for us to perform the cleaning services. Many of our clients are not present when we clean their premises. The only thing you need to do is allow us to gain access to your premises. Certainly, if you feel comfortable you can give us a key, which makes things much easier for our staff.

DO YOU SUPPLY YOUR OWN CLEANING PRODUCTS?

We supply all of our own products and equipment to complete the job. We have been working with the same products and equipment and have found them to be very successful. We are also always looking for products and equipment as technology changes to make sure we are providing the safest and healthiest environment for you, your family and your business.

DO YOU HAVE A GUARANTEE?

Yes. At Cloud Cleaning Services, we strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with any or all of the cleaning services we provide, please contact us within one day of your cleaning and we will be glad to come out and resolve any problems.

DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

You can cancel your scheduled cleaning at any point up to the morning of your scheduled visit, as long as you notify us prior to the cleaner leaving our office. In most cases if you were to call our office by 7am this will allow us plenty of time to cancel the cleaning. Failure to cancel your scheduled visit will also result in a $15 service charge.

DO I NEED TO SUPPLY A KEY FOR YOU TO CLEAN MY HOUSE?

While yes this is the easiest of all ways for us to access the homeyour premises, it is not necessary to do so. Most of our clients provide us with a key that we keep securely in a safe here in our office. Those keys are only sent out on the day of your scheduled visit, and then returned later that day upon completion of the schedule. We understand it takes time to trust a new company that is doing work for you. While you are building up that trust if you don’t feel comfortable providing us with a key, you can leave the key in a set place that we know about. You can also be home to let us into your home. Please keep in mind the only drawback to not providing a key is that if we are unable to gain access to the house because the key was not left or the door was kept locked, we will have to charge the $15 service charge.

WHY DO YOU HAVE SERVICE CHARGES?

The reason behind our service charges is that it costs Cloud Cleaning Services to send out our cleaner to your homes. By providing a simple call to cancel your service, we have the opportunity to control our costs. Most of these examples do not come up during the course of a business relationship, but have at some point during our ten years in business.
